Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 (Dublin time) on a working day usually leave us the same day; everything else ships within 1–2 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way you'll receive a dispatch email with a DHL tracking link — or look it up any time on our track my order page.
30-day returns
Skin is personal, and sometimes a formula isn't the one. Every Moonie order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, email hello@moonie.skin within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll arrange the return.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days of the return reaching us.
- Opened and gently used products are fine — that's the point of trying skincare.
- Return postage for a change of mind is the customer's cost; if something arrives damaged or wrong, we cover everything.
