Where do you ship from?
Every order is packed and dispatched from our studio in Ireland, usually within 1–2 working days. You'll get a dispatch email with DHL tracking the moment it leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
Ireland: 2–3 business days standard, or next business day with DHL Express. UK & Europe: 2–4 business days. Rest of the world: 3–6 business days. All deliveries are tracked door to door.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery in Ireland is €4.95 — and free on orders over €50. Express in Ireland is €9.95, UK & Europe is €12.95, and the rest of the world is €19.95. Full details are on our shipping & returns page.
What is your returns policy?
Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn't right for your skin, email hello@moonie.skin within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and full refund — no awkward questions. You also have a statutory EU 14-day right to cancel; the details are in our terms of sale.
Are Moonie products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — every formula is vegan, cruelty-free and fragrance-free. We test on people (never animals), in small batches, in Ireland.
What ingredients do you use?
Ingredients your skin recognises, and nothing it doesn't: gentle cleansers, single-minded actives and barrier-first hydrators. The full INCI list for each product is being finalised with our lab and will appear on every product page at launch.
How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email contains a DHL tracking link. You can also look up any order with its number and your email on our track my order page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Your card details never touch our servers — see our privacy policy for how we handle your data.
